Selecting from the biggest seeds of ripe pumpkin, hạt bí is among the most favorable nuts during Tet since it is easier to open than hạt dưa. The process of cooking hạt bí is exactly the same with hạt dưa, however, there is not any pigment to color the nuts.
Both traditional and modern medicine proved that hạt bí containing many substances which benefits human health such as protid, lipid, glucid, calcium, magnesium, fiber and L-tryptophan. This nut is now being remedy for diseases like kidney disease, intestinal disease and coronary heart disease.
3. Hạt hướng dương (Sunflower seeds)

The name of this nut indicated its origin quite clearly that is collected after sunflowers fully grown. After being dried and roasted under adequate heart and sometime added with additional flavor like salt and licorice, delicious hướng dương is ready to be enjoyed. This nut is the favorite snack of children and youngsters in Vietnam that it is eaten in the whole year, especially with ice-tea or lemon tea, not only during Tet. 4. Hạt điều (Cashew nuts)

Hạt điều has its origin from Northern China and Mongolia is among the most luxury type of roasted nuts because its trees can only produce fruits one time per 4-5 years. Hạt điều is usually roasted with salt for better preservation as well as improve its taste. In Vietnam, the food is regarded as a symbol of luck.
Hạt điều contains many healthy substances like vitamin B1, B2, B3, calcium, protein, phosphorous and cholesterol-free. Monounsaturated in Hạt Điều may reduce the risk of having cancer; and an ideal choice for people who are on diet due to a huge amount of fiber.
5. Hạt dẻ cười (Pistachio)

Pistachio is originated from Persia (Iran) is the most luxury and expensive type of roasted nuts available in Vietnam. Due to similar shape and the way to eat with chestnut, pistachio is called hạt dẻ cười (Chesnut is “hạt dẻ” in Vietnamese). The nuts is especially match with a cup of tea or snack for beers and wine since alcohol is the most common drink in Vietnam during Tet.
With its rich amount of nutrition, pistachio may reduce the oxidation process and stress; good for digestive system as it contains the highest level of fiber in all types of nuts. Heart diseases is also believed to be demolished by eating pistachio frequently.

My Khe beach

The only downside is that there are only two main hotels to stay anywhere near the beach, so have someone call ahead for a room if you plan to stay here so you don't get stranded. The aforementioned Pho Bien also has quite smart rooms for rent apparently. You'll find internet joints in the area, but for anything else, you'll be heading back to the big smoke -- Quang Ngai.

The beach is about 10 km further to the east on Highway 24B. 1. Dieu hoa Panasonic có tốt không ?
A. Ưu điểm máy lạnh Panasonic :

2. Dieu hoa LG có tốt không ?
A. Ưu điểm máy lạnh LG :
Đáp ứng cho nhu cầu giá rẻ, mẫu mã đẹp và thời gian bảo hành là 01 năm cho toàn quốc. Thì LG là lựa chọn hầu hết cho người tiêu dùng hiện nay. Với chất lượng khá ổn, độ bền tương đối cho hàng Made in Việt Nam , công nghệ Korea.
Bề mặt của dàn tản nhiệt được mạ lớp vật liệu chống ăn mòn. Điều này giúp chống gỉ sét, tăng tuổi thọ, duy trì hiệu suất của tấm tản nhiệt.
A.    Nhược điểm máy lạnh LG :
Với chất lượng khá ổn và hợp túi tiền. Nhưng máy điều hòa LG có động cơ phát ra tiếng động khá ồn, và khả năng làm lạnh chậm hơn các máy khác .
3. Máy lạnh Daikin có tốt không ?
A. Ưu điểm máy lạnh Daikin :
Được nhập khẩu nguyên đại nguyên kiện từ ThaiLand và được phân phối bởi cty Việt Kim (tại HCM).  Mẫu mã mang tính chất cổ điển và chất lượng khá bền sánh ngang với Mitsubishi . đặc tính tiết kiệm điện và hiệu quả cho việc sử dụng máy trong thời gian dài.
Hầu hết các loại điều hành trên thị trường VN đều bảo hành 1 năm, riêng Daikin bảo hành hệ thống 1 năm cộng thêm 4 năm cho block nén khí.
B. Nhược điểm máy lạnh Daikin :
Đa phần Daikin chỉ tập trung vào các hệ thống lạnh lớn như lạnh công nghiệp và lạnh thương nghiệp .Daikin không chú trọng vào mảng dân dụng như các hãng Pansonic,Toshiba,Mitshubishi,Sanyo,LG... .Các loại máy dân dụng (công suất nhỏ từ 1HP - 1.5HP ) của Daikin thường có cấu tạo khá phức tạp (có quá nhiều thiết bị bảo vệ không cần thiết cho máy nén) vì thế khi gặp trục trặc thì yêu cầu thợ phải tay nghề cao mới khắc phục được.
4. Máy lạnh Samsung có tốt không ?
A. Ưu điểm máy lạnh Samsung :
Mẫu mã của Samsung khá bắt mắt, với khả năng làm lạnh hiệu quả với lượng điện tiêu thụ thấp, khả năng tiết kiệm điện đến 2 lần ở chế độ bật và tắt bằng cách tiêu thụ điện ít hơn và không tiêu thụ điện ở chế độ chờ. Mẫu mã đẹp, giá rẻ bất ngờ cho thương hiệu nổi tiếng nhưng …. Không chuyên về Air Conditioner này.
 Thương hiệu cho ai ham mê của rẻ như Sanyo . Chất lượng nằm chót bảng khi so sánh về mức độ xài hết … thời gian bảo hành.
5. Máy lạnh Toshiba có tốt không ?
A. Ưu điểm máy lạnh Toshiba :
Máy điều hòa Toshiba  vốn là máy điều hoá rất được ưa chuộng ở VN vì có ưu điểm nổi bật là độ ồn thấp và máy chạy cực êm, đặc biệt không ăn gian công suất . được thiết kế chức năng tận dụng hết những luồng khí lạnh ở dàn lạnh đồng thời làm khô dàn lạnh sau khi người sử dụng tắt máy.Vì vậy sau khi người sử dụng tắt máy thì quạt dàn lạnh sẽ chạy khoảng chừng từ 6 đến 10 phút mới chính thức ngắt toàn bộ máy.
B. Nhược điểm máy lạnh Toshiba :
Tuy nhiên Toshiba là hãng duy nhất hiện nay thiết kế board mạch điều chỉnh lưu lượng gió ngay trên khu vực motor quạt giàn lạnh. Khi về sinh nên chú ý  đừng để nước dính vào board mạch này gây chết board. Motor quạt dàn lạnh thường là motor kín nước , nhưng boar mạch điều khiền lưu lượng gió của Toshiba lại ....không kín nước !
6. Máy lạnh Sharp có tốt không ?
A. Ưu điểm máy lạnh Sharp :
Mẫu mã nhìn thoáng qua có thể bị lầm tưởng là hàng của National (tên trước của Panasonic). Chất lượng rất tốt, mẫu mã đẹp, giá thành khá rẻ. Làm lạnh cực nhanh giải tỏa cơn nóng trong những ngày oi bức. Máy làm lạnh nhanh  và chạy rất êm. Hàng của Sharp lại có ưu điểm là làm lạnh rất sâu đối với những dòng máy từ 1HP trở lên. 
B. Nhược điểm máy lạnh Sharp :
Mặc dù Sharp có chất lượng tốt, và giá thành khá rẻ, nhưng nhãn hàng này chuyên quá nhiều mặt hàng, và ít quảng bá về máy lạnh, nên ít người biết đến.
7. Máy lạnh Sanyo có tốt không ?
A.    Ưu điểm máy lạnh Sanyo :
Nhìn chung Sanyo có nhiều mẫu mã , chất lượng ổn định. Có thêm 1 số chức năng như hút ẩm và làm mát bằng ion khá tiện dụng. Giá cả hợp lý, chất lượng phù hợp dùng cho gia đình. Thiết kế khá trang nhã và lịch sự
Tuy nhiên do kinh tế khó khăn, kinh doanh thua lỗ nên Cty điện tử Sanyo Việt Nam đã chính thức tuyên bố phá sản vào cuối tháng ngày 31/01/2013 . Sanyo được 1 công ty Trung Quốc mua lại và đã chuyển tên thành Haier.
B. Nhược điểm máy lạnh Sanyo :
Hàng giá rẻ chất lượng không tốt lắm, độ bền chưa phải là tốt nhất. Với thiết kế dòng Non-Inverter về bộ phận UnitOutdoor thì có thể nói Sanyo là làm hư máy rất nhanh. Cụ thể là do chỗ đặt cục Capa quá gần Compressor khiến Capa không chịu nổi nhiệt nóng gây hỏng Capa liên tục. Đây cũng là cách ngấm để “giết” bộ máy của bạn ngay sau hết tgian bảo hành.
8. Máy lạnh Midea có tốt không ?
A.    Ưu điểm máy lạnh Midea :
Máy lạnh Midea được đánh giá là loại máy có chất lượng tương đối, giá lại rẻ phù hợp với những khách hàng có mức thu nhập thấp.
B.     Nhược điểm máy lạnh Midea :
Midea không có thương hiệu lớn như các dòng máy khác. Phạm vi điều chỉnh nhiệt độ cho phòng lớn không được rộng lắm, lượng gió thổi ra không được mạnh như các dòng sản phẩm khác, khả năng làm lạnh chậm
